Product Description

Isca was the Ancient British word for water: thus a settlement by the river which we now call the Exe. William has spent nearly forty years living with his poetry, his muse and his family in South Devon.

The poems in this volume are the results of numerous visits to Exeter, one of his favourite cities.

The book is lavishly illustrated with photographs by Barry Davidson, a British diplomat and free-lance photographer who has photographed some of the most famous places in four continents.
