- A contract of sale between you and Acumen Publications will only be entered into once we despatch your order signifying agreement on our part.
- Every effort is made to ensure that all details including prices on this website are correct. Should, however, an error occur we will inform you as soon as it is identified and offer you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.
- Acumen Publications does not accept liability for errors or omissions. We reserve the right to update the details on the website at any time, including prices, specifications and services.
- Should there be any problem with your purchase; Acumen Publications will at its own discretion take appropriate remedial action provided that you inform us within 14 working days of receipt of your purchase. This remedial action could include replacement or repair of damaged or faulty items; making good shortages or non delivery; or a full refund including postage.
- Acumen Publications will endeavour to ship all ‘in stock’ items within a maximum of 5 working days of your payment being authorised. All orders will be sent to the address that you provide. When you receive your order after shipment can only be approximate, please refer to the Delivery guidelines.
- Any products shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to inspection by customs authorities and liable to local taxes. This is outside the control and liability of Acumen Publishing.
- Acumen Publications will have no liability for delays in the delivery of your order or other matters to the extent that the delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
